Very simple rule : when you're into making miniatures, there are always some "little" things around the house that you have no use for. What I do is I put them all away in a box, because I know that one day I will use them.
The box grew over the years and I call it "My Magic Box" because whatever I find in there, I can magically create a tiny little mini scene with it.
I even have a second magic box with all sorts of wooden parts, leftovers from older projects
As you can see, there are many things you can make with your leftovers, so remember to never throw things away, first make sure that it's not something useful for the mini world
